General terms

Minimum stay: 5 nights. Shorter stays may be available if possible in between other stays.
Check-in from 4 PM.
Departure no later than 12 PM (noon).
There is a key box on site.
Code will be sent the same day as arrival.
Bed linen and towels are included.
A cleaning fee of 800 NOK is added to the price of the stay.

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
If cancelled 14 days or later, full price is paid. 
Damage to property, building, interior, exterior or other belonging to the landlord must be reported to the landlord available.
Claims for compensation can be sent afterwards.

House rules

  • Renter must be 25 years or above
  • Smoking not allowed
  • Pets not allowed
  • Parties not allowed
  • It must be quiet by 11 pm
  • Show consideration for neighbors
  • Littering not allowed
  • Bonfires and open fires outside the intended campfire sites are not permitted.

Nicoll House

  • 8 beds.
  • No cots.
  • Extra bed not possible.

Presthus

  • 6 beds + 2 pcs. beds 180 cm long.
  • Cots for children up to 2 years free.
  • Extra bed not possible.
